Overview

I.Am.Will helps you organize personal life information, asset records, documents, and related images. This policy describes the information processed by the app and the choices available to you.

Information we process

When you use the app, we may process your email address and authentication identifiers, asset and category records you create, documents and images you upload, assessment content, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to capture or select an asset image.

How information is used

We use information to provide account access, store and display your records, sync your data across sessions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and operate AI-assisted features that you request.

Service providers

I.Am.Will uses Firebase services for authentication, database storage, file storage, and backend functions. AI requests are sent through a protected backend to OpenAI when you use an AI-assisted feature. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and advertising

We do not sell your personal information. The current app does not include advertising or third-party ad tracking. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to service providers operating on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and content data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. To request account and data deletion, email troy.simon@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Children

I.Am.Will is not intended for children under 13 without the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security and changes

We use access controls and managed cloud services designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised version here.
