By creating an account or using I.Am.Will, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

I.Am.Will provides tools for keeping assets, personal records, documents, images, assessments, and requested AI-assisted workflows together so you can more easily locate information after loss or disruption, including fire or flood. The service is provided for personal organization and is not legal, insurance, financial, tax, medical, or estate-planning advice.

Your account and content

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and ensuring that you have the right to upload content. You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, backups, and sharing decisions for information you enter.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that infringes another person’s rights.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review all output independently before relying on it. Do not use AI output as a substitute for qualified professional advice or as the sole basis for decisions involving legal, financial, medical, or safety matters.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, I.Am.Will disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your credentials, inaccurate user content, or reliance on unreviewed output.
